POP has a small selection of posterior walkers available on loan for those children who have been assessed as needing assistance with walking with such a device. The walkers come from behind the children encouraging the child to be in a more upright posture than a conventional walker in front of a person. Posterior walkers are expensive and very few are available in Lesotho. We also supply children's crutches.
